Piramal Enterprises' Group General Counsel, Mr. Anand Vardhan, Resigns Effective 29th September, 2025

Piramal Enterprises Ltd. announced the resignation of its Group General Counsel, Mr. Anand Vardhan, who has decided to pursue an opportunity outside the organization. Mr. Vardhan tendered his resignation, which will be effective from 8th August, 2025, and he will be relieved from his duties by the close of business hours on 29th September, 2025. Mr. Vardhan expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the management team and committed to ensuring a smooth transition before his departure.
