Piramal Finance Allots 82.94 Lakh Warrants to Promoter Group

Piramal Finance Ltd has approved the allotment of 8,294,000 warrants on a preferential basis to Nithyam Realty Private Limited, an entity within the promoter group. The total consideration for these warrants is Rs. 1750.034 Crore, with 25% of this amount, Rs. 437.5085 Crore, received on the date of allotment. This move follows approvals from the Board of Directors, Shareholders via an Extraordinary General Meeting, and in-principle approvals from the stock exchanges.
