Piramal Finance Clarifies Anand Piramal's Designation

Piramal Finance Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. The company clarified that Mr. Anand Piramal's designation as 'Executive Director' in relation to Piramal Realty was a typographical error. His correct designation on the Board of Piramal Realty, as reflected on pages 130 and 583 of the report, should be 'Director' and not 'Executive Director'. All other contents of the reports remain unchanged. Revised reports will be available on the company's investor relations website.
