Piramal Pharma Appoints Brian Guy as President & COO, Piramal Critical Care

Piramal Pharma Ltd announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Jeffrey Hampton, President and COO of Piramal Critical Care, will retire effective November 27, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, upon recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Brian Guy as the new President and COO of Piramal Critical Care, effective October 19, 2026. Mr. Guy brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in business leadership, commercial operations, and strategy execution. He previously served as President & Chief Commercial Officer of Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc. His appointment is expected to drive accelerated growth in the Company’s Complex Hospital Generics business.
