Piramal Pharma suspends Gujarat ops due to floods; <3% revenue impact

Piramal Pharma Ltd has temporarily suspended operations at its manufacturing facilities in Matoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as a precautionary measure due to exceptionally heavy rainfall and flooding. All employees, including contract staff, at the affected sites are safe. The company is currently assessing the condition of the facilities and working towards a safe and orderly resumption of operations at the earliest. The extent of the impact on assets and operations is under evaluation, but operations are expected to gradually normalize over the next few days, subject to weather improvement. The assets are adequately covered by insurance. Notably, these facilities together account for less than 3% of the Company's consolidated revenues.
