Pithampur Poly Products Ltd: Homendra Kumar Deshmukh Resigns, Kamal Patel Appointed as Additional Director

In a recent Board meeting held on 29th September 2025, Mr. Homendra Kumar Deshmukh has resigned from his position as Director of Pithampur Poly Products Ltd. Following his resignation, Mr. Kamal Patel has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Kamal Patel brings extensive experience in the field of woven sacks production, planning of small bags and all types of FIBC (Big Bags), budgeting, growth strategy development and implementation, performance evaluation, and productivity management. He is not related to any of the existing Directors of the Company.
