Pitti Engineering Recommends Final Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Pitti Engineering Ltd, in its meeting held on May 14, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 (50%) per equity share of face value ₹5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to the approval of the members at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company will announce the date of the AGM and the dividend payment date in due course.
