Pitti Engineering Sets Dividend Record Date for FY26

Pitti Engineering Ltd has announced the record date for the payment of its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 18, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend and for the AGM is set as September 11, 2026. If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the meeting's conclusion.
