Cropster Agro Appoints New Independent Director, Reconstitutes Committees

Cropster Agro Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Pranav Mahadevbhai Pandit as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective August 13, 2026. The board meeting also saw the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, with Mr. Pandit and Mr. Dipak Rana taking on new roles. Mr. Pandit brings a background in Computer Science and sales experience.
