Plastiblends India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 12, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
