Platinum Industries Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Platinum Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The company also approved the appointment of M/s Ashish Bhavsar & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, with remuneration to be approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Limited Review Report from statutory auditors, M/s P rid al Santhanam LLP, was also submitted with a modified opinion.
