Platinum Industries Delays Commercial Production of PVC Stabilizers in India and Egypt

Platinum Industries Ltd. has announced the postponement of the commencement of commercial production at its manufacturing facilities for PVC Stabilizers in Palghar, Maharashtra, India, and SC Zone, Governorate of Suez, Egypt. The new tentative dates for the commencement of commercial production are on or before 30th September, 2025, and 30th December, 2026, respectively. The company has also appointed M/s Mayank Arora & Company as Secretarial Auditors and M/s Pipalia Singhal & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2025, have been approved and the auditor's report has been submitted with an unmodified opinion.
