Plaza Wires Re-appoints Key Management for 5 Years

Plaza Wires Limited announced board approval for the re-appointment of key management personnel, including Sanjay Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mrs. Sonia Gupta, Mr. Abhishek Gupta, and Mr. Aditya Gupta as Whole-Time Directors. All re-appointments are for a term of five consecutive years, effective from March 10, 2027, and are subject to shareholder approval via ordinary resolution at the upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Ish Sadana and Ms. Swati Jain have been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second five-year term commencing March 11, 2027, subject to special resolution approval. Ms. Monam Kapoor also secured re-appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from March 11, 2027, pending shareholder approval.
