PMC Fincorp Appoints Sunil K. Gupta & Associates as Statutory Auditors

PMC Fincorp Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 17, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Sunil K. Gupta & Associates as Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 46th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the final notice for the 41st AGM, scheduled for September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Audio-visual means. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be circulated to members in due course.
