PNB Housing: Jatul Anand's Role Changes to COO

PNB Housing Finance Ltd has announced a change in the role of Mr. Jatul Anand. His designation has been updated from Executive Director (not a Board member) to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new capacity, Mr. Anand will continue to be responsible for key operational and business support functions. He will also collaborate closely with the Managing Director & CEO to enhance operational excellence, improve governance, boost business performance, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
