PNC Infratech Announces Q2 & H1 FY’26 Financial Results with Revenue of Rs. 2119 Cr. & 2550 Cr. Respectively

PNC Infratech Limited has announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The standalone Q2 FY’26 revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are Rs. 983 Cr., 136 Cr., and 86 Cr. respectively. The H1 FY’26 revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are Rs. 2119 Cr., 277 Cr., and 167 Cr. respectively. The consolidated Q2 FY’26 revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are Rs. 1128 Cr., 253 Cr., and 216 Cr. respectively. The H1 FY’26 revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are Rs. 2550 Cr., 620 Cr., and 647 Cr. respectively. The highlights also include a bonus of Rs. 56 crore from MSRDC and an arbitration award of Rs. 516 crore from 2 SPVs.
