PNC Infratech Declared L1 Bidder in EPC Project in Bharatpur City from PWD Rajasthan for Rs. 239.94 Crore

PNC Infratech Ltd. has been declared L1 (First Lowest) bidder in a project named 'Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur' on 22.04.2025 for a quoted price of Rs. 239.94 Crore (Rupees Two hundred Thirty Nine Crore and Ninety Four Lakhs only) by PWD Rajasthan. The completion period for the project is 24 months. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct of Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified person and connected person is closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2025.
