PNC Infratech Limited Accepts Rs. 255 Crore Offer from National Highways Authority of India

PNC Infratech Limited (PNC) has accepted an offer of Rs. 255 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) towards the 'Eligible Disputes' raised under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes)' Scheme of the Government of India. The amount is towards one-time settlement of the disputes related to the 'Four Laning of km 51 to 61 (Including Chambal Bridge) on Dholpur-Morena Section of NH-3 on North-South corridor in the state of Rajasthan-Madhya Pradesh (Package- NS-1/RJ-MP/1) of NHAT' implemented by PNC as the Contractor.,
