PNC Infratech Ltd Wins Rs. 380.0 Crore Hybrid Annuity Highway Project

PNC Infratech Ltd has been declared as the L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway cum bridge project. The project, named 'Construction of additional 3-Lane Bridge over River Ganga for connection between Buxar and Bharauli on NH-922 in the State of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM)', has a bid project cost of Rs. 380.0 crore. The construction period is 910 days, followed by an operation period of 15 years post construction. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by its designated employees, immediate relatives, specified person and connected person shall remain close until 48 hours after the announcement.
