PNC Infratech Transfers Stake in 10 Road Assets to Highways Infrastructure Trust

PNC Infratech Limited, along with its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, PNC Infra Holdings Limited, has transferred their entire stake in 10 of the company’s road assets to Highways Infrastructure Trust (HIT). The assets have been handed over to HIT to take them forward in terms of the respective concession agreements. The total reported revenues for the financial year ended 31st March 2024 were 32,501.79 Lakhs and the net worth as at 31-03-2024 were 47,621.70 Lakhs. The sale process of equity in the remaining two (2) assets is expected to be completed in the first half of FY26.
