PNC Infratech, Two Subsidiaries Disqualified by MoRTH from Tender Process for One Year

PNC Infratech Ltd, along with its subsidiaries PNC Khajuraho Highways Private Limited and PNC Bundelkhand Highways Private Limited, has been disqualified by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) from participating in any tender process for a period of one year. This decision was made based on an FIR and charge sheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and a personal hearing held on 18.10.2024. The disqualification is expected to have no quantifiable impact on the ongoing development, operations, and maintenance activities of the company and its subsidiaries.
