PNC Infratech Wins Arbitration Award of Rs. 485.28 Crores from NHAI

PNC Infratech Ltd has won an arbitration award of Rs. 485.28 Crores from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in connection with an EPC project. The arbitration award was published on 17 May 2025 in favour of PNC for an amount of Rs. 485,27,66,095.00 along with 12.0% per annum interest from the date of award till the date of payment or realization. The counter claims of the NHAI have been rejected. The financial implications will be known only upon realization of the awarded amount by the Company.
