PN Gadgil & Sons Acquires 5,000 Shares in PNGS Reva Diamond

PN Gadgil & Sons Limited, through its CFO Aditya Amit Modak, has disclosed the acquisition of 5,000 equity shares of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited from the open market. This transaction, executed on June 25, 2026, increased PN Gadgil & Sons Limited's shareholding in PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited from 13.92% to 13.94%. The total equity share capital of the target company remains Rs. 31,69,84,000, divided into 3,16,98,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
