POCL Enterprises Ltd to Amalgamate with Planetfirst Green Private Limited

POCL Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Planetfirst Green Private Limited with and into POCL Enterprises Limited. The Appointed Date for the said Scheme is April 1, 2026, and it is subject to the requisite statutory and regulatory approvals. The Transferor Company, Planetfirst Green Private Limited, is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing various non-ferrous metals and recycling of different types of scrap batteries. The Transferee Company, POCL Enterprises Limited, is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing Lead Metals, Zinc Metals, Metallic Oxides including Lead Oxides, Zinc Oxide and PVC Stabilizers. The amalgamation is expected to create a vertically integrated business structure, enable POCL Enterprises to expand its operations into Western India, and facilitate better, efficient and economical management of the combined businesses.
