Poddar Pigments Ltd. has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to May 15, 2026, from the originally planned date of May 14, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances. The board will consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, including the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement. They will also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any. The trading window remains closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
