Polo Queen: Promoter Prabhadevi Sanghai gifts 1.25 Cr shares

Prabhadevi Sanghai, a promoter of Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd, has disclosed the disposal of 1,25,04,000 equity shares. This transaction was an off-market gift to Mr. Nihar Pawankumar Sanghai, executed on September 16, 2026. Prior to this disposal, Prabhadevi Sanghai held 6,25,58,740 shares, representing 18.63% of the company's total voting capital. Following the gift, her shareholding has decreased to 5,00,54,740 shares, which constitutes 14.91% of the total voting capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
