Poly Medicure Acquires Himalayan Mineral Waters for INR 33.15 Crore

Poly Medicure Ltd. has acquired Himalayan Mineral Waters Private Limited under the corporate insolvency resolution process of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. The acquisition, which brings synergy in terms of operations, marketing, and sales, was carried out in accordance with the Resolution Plan submitted by Poly Medicure Limited and approved by the NCLT. The total consideration for the acquisition is INR 33.15 Crore. Himalayan Mineral Waters Private Limited, incorporated in India in 1990, has manufacturing facilities in SIDCUL, Haridwar, and a land parcel in Bharuch, Gujarat. The company has a history of last 3 years turnover of Rs. 4,46,466 (FY 2022-2023), Rs. 7,92,50,290 (FY 2021-2022), and Rs. 7,91,57,302 (FY 2020-2021).
