Poly Medicure to Acquire Citieffe Group for EUR31 Million, Doubling Business in 5 Years

Poly Medicure Limited is set to acquire Citieffe Group for an enterprise value of EUR31 million, with a debt of EUR8 million. The acquisition is expected to double Poly Medicure's business in the next 5 years. Citieffe, a vertically integrated manufacturer based in Bologna, Italy, specializes in trauma and extremity products with a direct sales presence in key markets like Italy, US, and Mexico. The company has a differentiated product portfolio, with products fully MDR certified in Europe and approved in the US and other key Latin American markets. Citieffe has shown a revenue growth of 15% and EBITDA growth of 14% in 2024. The existing management team, led by CEO Pascal Govi, will continue to drive the future growth of the company.
