Polycab India: NCLAT Hearing on CIRP Appeal Oct 9

Polycab India has filed an appeal with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) to set aside an order admitting a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) petition. The petition, filed by Asier Metals Private Limited, concerns an alleged operational debt of ₹2.79 crore. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, had admitted the petition on October 7, 2026. The NCLAT has scheduled the hearing for this appeal on October 9, 2026.
