Polycab India Wins ITAT Appeal Against Income Tax Department

Polycab India Ltd has received an order from the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai, dismissing the Income Tax Department's appeals. These appeals were against earlier orders where the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) had granted complete relief to Polycab concerning additions/disallowances made by the Income Tax Authority for Assessment Years 2015-16 to 2023-24. The company, in consultation with its tax advisors, does not anticipate any adverse impact on its financials or operations as a result of this ITAT order.
