Parthiv T Kilachand Re-appointed as Managing Director of Polychem Ltd for 3 Years

Polychem Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Parthiv T Kilachand as Managing Director for a period of 3 years, effective from 1st April, 2026. This decision is subject to the approval of shareholders by way of Postal ballot. Mr. Kilachand has been associated with the company since 1988 and has been actively involved in various activities since 1997. He has a wide experience in Management, Marketing and Negotiation with varied authorities. Mr. Kilachand is not debarred from holding office of a Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. The company's Chairman and Director, Mr. Tanil Kilachand and Mr. Nandish Kilachand, are respectively father and brother of Mr. Parthiv Kilachand.
