Polylink Polymers Appoints New Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Polylink Polymers India Ltd announced board approval for the re-appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027. Additionally, M/s. Ankit Vageriya & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval.
