Polyplex Board Declines Tender Offer for Subsidiary PTL Shares

Polyplex Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has resolved not to participate in the tender offer initiated by AGPH (Thailand) Ltd. for the acquisition of ordinary shares in its subsidiary, Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited (PTL). PTL, in which Polyplex holds a 51% stake, had previously received the tender offer announcement and subsequent filing. The decision was made during a board meeting held on July 01, 2026.
