Polyplex Corp Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

Polyplex Corporation Ltd's Board of Directors, in their meeting held on May 23, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per share for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend is subject to TDS/Withholding Tax and will be paid after declaration at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The date of the AGM and book closure will be announced later.
