AGPH Thailand Acquires 18.09% Stake in Polyplex Thailand via Tender Offer

Polyplex Corporation Ltd. has received a report confirming the successful tender offer by AGPH (Thailand) Ltd. to acquire ordinary shares of its 51% subsidiary, Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Ltd. (PTL). The tender offer, which closed on August 5, 2026, resulted in the acquisition of 162,812,291 ordinary shares, representing 18.09% of PTL's paid-up share capital. Polyplex Corporation's board had previously resolved not to participate in the offer concerning its own shareholding in PTL. This update follows earlier disclosures made on June 22 and July 1, 2026.
