Polytex India Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Polytex India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for 4:00 PM at the company's registered office in Mumbai. Additionally, the trading window for company insiders will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company's insider trading policy.
