ACIF-1 Sells 3.64% Stake in Ponni Sugars

ACIF-1 has disclosed a sale of 3,13,525 shares, representing 3.6463% of the total share capital, in Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd. The transaction was conducted via the open market. Prior to this sale, ACIF-1 held 9.4613% of the company's shares. Following the sale, their holding has reduced to 5,00,000 shares, which is 5.8150% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd remained unchanged at Rs. 8,59,84,180 before and after the transaction.
