Vashu Bhagnani Industries Appoints Rahul Pramod & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited has announced the appointment of M/s Rahul Pramod & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment. The firm will serve until the conclusion of the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to member approval. Furthermore, the Board has recommended their appointment for a full five-year term, commencing after the 39th AGM until the conclusion of the 44th AGM.
