Poojawestern Metaliks Ltd Announces Rights Issue of Equity Shares Worth INR 1622.72 Lakhs

Poojawestern Metaliks Ltd has announced a Rights Issue of Equity Shares worth INR 1622.72 Lakhs. The Rights Issue Committee has approved the issuance of 81,13,600 partly paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of 10/- each at an issue price of 20/- per Equity Share (including premium of 10/- per Equity Share). The Rights Issue is open to all existing equity shareholders of the Company on a rights basis. The record date for the purpose of determining names of shareholders of the Company, eligible to apply for the fully paid-up Rights Equity Shares in the Rights Issue of the Company, will be announced in due course.
