Promoters of Poona Dal & Oil Industries Ltd Propose Inter-Se Transfer of Equity Shares

Poona Dal & Oil Industries Ltd has received a disclosure under Regulation 10(5) in respect of acquisition under Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations. The disclosure is for a proposed inter-se transfer of equity shares among the Promoters. The proposed transaction is in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011, and is scheduled to be executed on or after 6th February, 2026. The aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group in the Target Company shall remain unchanged before and after the proposed inter-se transfer.
