Sunil Parakh HUF Acquires 5.63% Stake in Poona Dal & Oil Industries Ltd from Sunil Deepchand Parakh HUF

Sunil Parakh HUF has acquired 5.63% stake in Poona Dal & Oil Industries Ltd from Sunil Deepchand Parakh HUF through an inter-se transfer of shares by way of off-market transaction. The transaction took place on 18th February 2026. This acquisition is exempted from making an open offer under Regulation 10(1) (a)(i) and Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI(SAST) Regulation, 2011. The declaration under 10(5) was made on 4th February 2026 and the acquisition was made within the timeline specified under the regulations.
