Poonawalla Fincorp exercises call option on ₹3 Cr NCDs

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd has announced the exercise of its call option to redeem ₹3 Crore worth of 12.10% Unsecured, Subordinated, Rated, Non-Convertible, Perpetual Debt Debentures. These debentures, issued on private placement basis on September 09, 2016, will be redeemed on September 09, 2026, along with accrued interest. The record date for this redemption has been fixed as August 25, 2026. The company has received the necessary approval from the Reserve Bank of India for this redemption. This action is in compliance with SEBI regulations and the terms of the debenture issue.
