Poonawalla Fincorp Grants 1.2 Lakh ESOPs at ₹470.18

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, on July 07, 2026, approved the grant of 1,20,000 stock options. These options were issued under the 'Employee Stock Option Plan-2024- Scheme- II' (Tranche 43) to eligible employees of the company. The exercise price for these stock options has been set at ₹470.18. The vesting of these options will occur according to the schedule outlined in the ESOP-2024 - Scheme -II. This grant is in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
