Popular Foundations bags ₹18.15 Cr construction order

Popular Foundations Ltd has received a new domestic order valued at ₹18.15 Crores (excluding GST) from Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology. The contract is for the construction of Super Structure works for a proposed G+7 floors building with a terrace at the RIT-Homi Bhabha Block Phase III in Kuthambakkam, Chennai. The project is expected to be completed within 380 days from the order issuance date of September 22, 2026. The contract allows for material escalation on major construction materials. The company confirmed there is no promoter interest or related party transaction involved in this deal.
