Popular Vehicles to Alter Articles of Association

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, via a circular resolution passed on October 29, 2026, has approved the alteration of Article 160 of the company's Articles of Association. This amendment aims to provide greater flexibility in affixing the common seal on documents, particularly loan and security agreements, to ensure timely execution. The change is necessitated by the resignation of a Whole-time Director and potential difficulties in meeting the existing requirement of having at least two Directors present. The company will seek shareholder approval for this alteration through a postal ballot and has appointed a Practicing Company Secretary as a scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
