Porwal Auto Components Ltd announced the allotment of 17,54,384 equity shares and 3,94,735 convertible warrants on a preferential basis. The convertible warrants, also priced at ₹57 each, were issued with an upfront payment of ₹14.25 per warrant, aggregating ₹56,24,973.75.
