Power Finance Corp Transfers Pune-III Transmission Limited to Adani Energy Solutions

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. has transferred Pune-III Transmission Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited, to Adani Energy Solutions Limited. The transaction, completed on 19.11.2024, was for a consideration of Rs. 18,78,79,037/- as per the Share Purchase Agreement. Adani Energy Solutions Limited does not belong to the promoter or promoter group. The transaction does not fall within the purview of related party transactions and is not a slump sale.
