Power Finance Corporation Ltd Transfers Wholly Owned Subsidiary Mandsaur I RE Transmission Limited to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited

Power Finance Corporation Ltd has transferred its wholly owned subsidiary, Mandsaur I RE Transmission Limited, to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The subsidiary was previously owned by PFC Consulting Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. The transaction was completed on 08.10.2025. The consideration received from the sale is Rs. 7,29,72,162 /-. The successful bidder, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, does not belong to the promoter or promoter group, and the transaction is not a slump sale. The consideration for the sale & transfer of SPVs is determined in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
