POWERGRID Approves Investments for Two Projects

POWERGRID has approved investments for two projects, including the implementation of Unified Load Dispatch and Communication (ULDC) Phase-lll (SCADA/EMS Upgradation Project —Northern Region SLDCs) and the augmentation of 765/400 kV, 1500 MVA transformer (4) at Bhiwani S/s (De-linked from Transmission System for evacuation of power from RE parks in Leh (5 GW Leh-Kaithal Transmission corridor)). The investments are estimated to cost Rs. 514.66 crore and Rs. 141.09 crore, respectively, and are expected to be commissioned by 15.11.2025 and 05.05.2025, respectively.,
