Prabha Energy Ltd has announced a Rights Issue of 96,67,258 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 144.00 each, which includes a premium of Rs. 143.00 per share. The Rights Issue is for an amount aggregating to Rs. 139,20,85,152, assuming full subscription and receipt of all Call Monies. The Record Date for the Rights Issue is March 11, 2026. The Rights Entitlement is 5 Rights Equity Shares for every 14 Fully paid-up Equity Shares held by Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company under the public category as on the record date. The Rights Issue Committee has adopted and approved the Letter of Offer and other Issue-related materials to be filed with BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
